AITrendex ("AITrendex", "we", "us") operates the AITrendex website and the automated trading platform accessible through it, and this policy applies to both.

By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to the handling of information described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — name, email address, phone number and any details you provide during registration.
• Authentication data — credentials, session records and verification events used to secure access to your account.
• Exchange connection data — the API keys you choose to connect, stored in encrypted form, together with the permissions those keys carry.
• Trading activity — bot configurations, orders placed through the platform, positions, and the resulting activity history.
• Billing information — subscription status and payment records. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by AITrendex.
• Technical data — IP address, device and browser information, and usage logs generated when you interact with the platform.

Information is used only for purposes connected to operating the service:

• To provide the platform, including executing the automation you configure.
• To authenticate you and protect your account against unauthorised access.
• To maintain a record of automated activity so orders can be reconciled and reviewed.
• To provide support and respond to enquiries you send us.
• To process subscriptions and maintain billing records.
• To monitor reliability, diagnose faults and improve the platform.
• To meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations that apply to us.

The website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember interface preferences such as theme selection, and understand how the site is used.

Essential cookies are required for the platform to function. Non-essential cookies can be declined through your browser settings; declining them may affect parts of the experience.

We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only in these situations:

• With the exchange you connect, to the extent required to place and manage the orders you have configured.
• With service providers who operate infrastructure, payment processing or support tooling on our behalf, under contractual confidentiality obligations.
• Where disclosure is required by law, regulation, or a valid request from a competent authority.
• In connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition, where the recipient is bound by equivalent protections.

The platform connects to third-party exchanges and uses third-party infrastructure and payment providers. Those parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which govern how they handle information you share with them directly.

AITrendex is not responsible for the practices of exchanges or other third parties you choose to connect.

We apply technical and organisational measures intended to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration and loss. Exchange API credentials are stored encrypted and are not retrievable in plaintext after entry.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential, for enabling the additional verification options available to you, and for creating exchange API keys without withdrawal permission.

Information is retained for as long as your account remains active, and afterwards for the period required to meet legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations. Specific retention periods are set out at «retention schedule».

When information is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymised.

Subject to applicable law, you may:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Request deletion of your account and associated personal information.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
• Object to or request restriction of certain processing.
• Request a copy of your information in a portable format.

The platform is not directed at, and may not be used by, individuals below the age of majority in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect information from them. If we become aware that we have, the information will be deleted.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the platform or to legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email, and the revision date at the top of this page will be updated.
