Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the AITrendex website and platform. Please read them carefully — automated trading carries risk, and by using the service you accept that risk.

01

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you and AITrendex. They apply to the website, the platform and any related service we provide.

By creating an account or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.

02

Eligibility

To use AITrendex you must:

  • Be of legal age to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
  • Be legally permitted to trade the instruments you intend to trade.
  • Not be a resident of, or located in, a jurisdiction where use of the platform would be unlawful.
  • Use the platform on your own behalf and not for a third party without authorisation.
03

Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised access. We may suspend an account where we reasonably believe it has been compromised.

04

Platform Usage

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful activity, including market manipulation or any conduct prohibited by an exchange or regulator.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other accounts, or supporting infrastructure.
  • Interfere with, overload or disrupt the platform or its underlying systems.
  • Reverse engineer, copy or resell any part of the platform except where permitted by law.
  • Use automated means to extract data from the platform outside of any interfaces we provide for that purpose.
05

Trading Risks

Trading carries substantial risk. Prices move in ways that cannot be predicted, and you may lose some or all of the capital you deploy. Leveraged instruments can produce losses exceeding your initial outlay.

Nothing on the platform or the website is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and no content should be interpreted as a recommendation to enter any transaction. Past behaviour of any strategy, configuration or market is not an indication of future results.

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, for the configurations you activate, and for the outcomes they produce.

06

Automated Trading

The platform executes the automation you configure. It does not evaluate whether a configuration is suitable for you, and it does not guarantee that any order will be placed, filled or filled at a particular price.

  • Automated execution depends on connectivity, exchange availability and market conditions, any of which may cause delays or failures.
  • Market gaps, halts, illiquidity and volatility may cause fills materially different from expected levels, including beyond a configured stop.
  • Risk parameters such as stop loss, take profit and trailing stops reduce discretionary error; they do not eliminate market risk.
  • You remain responsible for monitoring active automation and for intervening where appropriate.
07

Third-Party Exchanges

The platform operates through API connections to exchanges you select. Your relationship with an exchange is governed by that exchange's own terms, and your funds are held there, not by AITrendex.

We are not responsible for exchange outages, rejected orders, fee changes, account restrictions, or any act or omission of an exchange or other third party.

08

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Creating exchange API keys with appropriate permissions and without withdrawal access.
  • Reviewing every configuration before activating it.
  • Monitoring active bots, open positions and available balances.
  • Any tax, reporting or regulatory obligation arising from your trading activity.
09

Fees

Subscription fees, billing periods and applicable taxes are as stated at the point of purchase and at «pricing terms». Exchange trading fees, funding costs and network charges are set by third parties and are payable by you in addition to any subscription.

We may change fees on notice. Changes take effect from the next billing period.

10

Intellectual Property

The platform, the website, and all associated software, design, text and marks are owned by AITrendex or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for its intended purpose while your account is active. No other rights are granted.

11

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AITrendex is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, or any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to «liability cap».

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12

Suspension

We may suspend access where we reasonably believe there has been a breach of these terms, a security risk, a legal requirement, or where suspension is necessary to protect the platform or its users.

13

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate the agreement on notice, or immediately in the case of a material breach.

On termination, automation stops. Open positions remain in your exchange account and are your responsibility to manage.

14

Changes

These terms may be amended. Material changes will be notified through the platform or by email and take effect from the date stated in the notice. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

15

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of «governing jurisdiction», and the courts of «courts» have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
