Refund & Cancellation Policy

AITrendex is sold as a subscription to an automated trading platform. This policy covers cancellation of that subscription and the circumstances in which a refund may be issued.

It does not cover trading losses. Losses arising from market movement or from the configurations you activate are not refundable under any circumstances.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal.

Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. When that period ends, automation stops and active bots are deactivated.

Open positions are held in your exchange account and remain your responsibility to manage after access ends.

Refund eligibility, including any introductory refund window, is set out at «refund window and conditions».

Where a refund is available, it applies to the subscription fee only.

• Requests must be submitted through the contact channel below and include the account email and reason.
• Refunds are considered against the terms applicable at the time of purchase.
• A refunded subscription ends immediately on the refund being issued.

The following are not refundable by AITrendex:

• Exchange trading fees, funding costs and network charges, which are levied by third parties.
• Losses or reduced returns resulting from trading activity, market conditions or strategy configuration.
• Periods during which the subscription was active and available for use.
• Charges arising from an account suspended or terminated for breach of the Terms & Conditions.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider and is typically «processing time».

Any transaction or currency-conversion charges applied by a payment provider or bank are outside our control.

To cancel:

• Open your account settings and select the active subscription.
• Choose to cancel and confirm. You will receive confirmation by email.
• Review any active bots and open positions, and close or transfer them before access ends.

Where a billing error, duplicate charge or verified technical fault on our side has prevented use of the platform, contact us and the charge will be reviewed on its merits.

Statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law are unaffected by this policy.
